KDC has written over 70 hours of professional development training for a Fortune 100 Financial Services company, for employees ranging from new hires to Vice Presidents. For New York City government, KDC's experts have designed 30 hours of training for mid-career professionals.
Through our work with a university-affiliated Math and Science education network, we have contributed to the development of professional development curriculum for K12 teachers.
The KDC team offers over 20 years of training excellence. Our trainers have taught over 500 employees of a Fortune 100 Financial Services company worldwide, ranging from new hires to Vice Presidents. As measured by rigorous evaluation tools, our training raised employee knowledge by an average of over 40%.
For North Carolina governmental agencies, KDC has provided Focus Group Training and Survey Development Training. For the City of New York government, KDC trained 40 mid-career professionals and provided Train the Trainer instruction to develop other training resources for the agency.
